Comments (6)Hi Violet, How exciting new projects are always stressful but soooo rewarding in the end! A cluster of pendants sounds brilliant :) they are certainly on trend at the moment and give clients the ability to put a cluster together they love! Also helps when you're a bit indecisive. You can certainly fit a cluster in this space, the drama is in the staggered ceiling heights, not just the width and spacing of the pendants themselves. These are some options on how you can space your pendants, there are no strict rules or dimension requirements when designing and placing your pendants. You are free to explore your creativity with this! So do not take the above as mandatory just a general idea. Some options you can do are: https://www.golights.com.au/sandra-lidner-selene-pendant-light-in-clear https://www.golights.com.au/pendant-light-tom-dixon-etch-shade-e27-32cm https://www.golights.com.au/foscarini-urquiola-and-gerotto-caboche-pendant-light-in-clear https://www.golights.com.au/pendant-light-tom-dixon-etch-shade-e27-47cm https://www.golights.com.au/pendant-light-stainless-steel-tom-dixon-etch-web-e27-65cm You can also do a range of pendants from the same family, but in different shapes for example the George Nelson Bubble Series: https://www.golights.com.au/george-nelson-bubble-lamp-ball-pendant-light-white-50cm-criss-cross https://www.golights.com.au/george-nelson-bubble-lamp-apple-50cm Of course the design depends on what is filling that void for example the shape and path of your staircase! Once you have some drawings or a photo feel free to send them over if you still need some more help! Good Luck with your build and search for the perfect pendants! Comments (12)if possible swop the entry and garage stairs to walk up to a view through the gallery and away from the master entry... enclosing underneath the second level stairs and extending the wine store wall adds extra space to the pantry, wine store and mud room and some extra space counter next to the fridge for wall shelves or storage for display or glasses and counter for serving wine ...the side of the up-stairs could have open railing with underneath enclosed to allow alternate arrangement for the powder and ante room with an extra door to separate the laundry and powder room from the dining area (with extra soundproofing insulation around the toilet)...See MoreHelp - changing direction of stairs
Comments (35)This keeping the stairs as planned, including a separate toilet upstairs which I need to draw up Because your ceilings are so high this will allow for a section of wall 2100 - 2400 height which hides a sink cleanup within the kitchen family which will be full of light., plus a storage area. I am working on showing you what this would look like in 3D if I can With all the light coming in through all the windows you won't need the extra void anyway, great spot for the Toilet perhaps...See MoreStair & Void Design - Glass & Timber
Comments (9)I like the design - how it takes the opportunity to add extra light. I prefer the glass all the way through & upstairs to continue that void feeling. Depending where the windows are upstairs - it would make the most of those window views (rather than bring in a baby cage 😂 - I get that)...See MoreFirst time builder
